Topicus supports Achmea Bank in acquisition of banking business a.s.r.

Around 125,000 customers with savings accounts from a.s.r. bank were transferred to Achmea Bank / Achmea Centraal Beheer at the beginning of this month. Topicus' EuroPort+ platform played an important role in this. The migration went smoothly and the savings portfolio of around 125,000 customers with a volume of EUR 1.7 billion has been added to Topicus' cloud platform, of which Achmea is already a customer.
The acquisition of the portfolios by Achmea Bank is in line with Achmea's strategy to grow further with financial products and services for now and later. All conditions attached to the acquisition have been met, including receipt of the declaration of no objection from De Nederlandsche Bank and the consent of employee participation.
