For that, 'The right emergency care should be in the right place at the right time'. A slogan I heard when I was hired and, above all, it raised many questions.
What is emergency care? Who decides what is the right time for an urgent care question? What is the right place or entry point for the urgent question? Do the patients themselves know that at all? And how do IT systems fit into this picture?

From a digital information perspective, I try to answer these questions in my field of work. At Topicus, we are at the forefront of this as a software supplier. In consultation with our customers, we come up with ideas that we bring to fruition in our software. The aim is for the patient to receive the right help, at the right time, in the right place.'
